Facts & Figures
Have you ever wondered why we emphasise the importance of changing your filter regularly? You may think that dirty filters simply contaminate the air, however that is not the complete case. Air filters do much more than remove contaminates and particles from the air you breathe. They also block particles from causing damage to your air conditioner.

System Damage
-
Air conditioning systems were designed to take in a specific amount of air each time they cycle. When the filter is dirty airflow is impeded, the system components have to work harder therefore the risk of your system failing when you need it the most increases.
It is important that airflow not be constricted, if so this places massive strain on your air conditioning unit, will cause less efficiency and can eventually lead to damage of multiple components.

Higher Electricity
-
An air filter that is not replaced on a regular basis will become clogged with large amounts of airborne particles, with further neglect, it will become completley blocked, forcing all types
of contaminates back into your indoor air.
Dirty filters also restrict air flow putting strain on the air conditioning system as the fan has to work harder, it uses more electricity, therefore increasing your bill.

Water Marks & Leaks
-
When an air filter is dirty it could cause the indoor coil to freeze. As the coil thaws, water will build up at an abnormal rate and spill onto your plasterboard with replacement cost not coming cheap.
Changing your filter regularly prevents this from happening.

Feeling Less Comfortable
-
The air filter may appear to be a small component of your air conditioning system, but it plays a big role.
Breathe Easy Filters allow healthier air to flow through your home or office at a more efficient rate. If your filters are dirty, airflow is restricted, affecting the amount of warm and cool air circulating throughout your home or office.
